Nairne Ovalpak-rite

The Club

The Nairne Bremer United Football Club is affiliated with the Hills Football League. The club is located in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia in the town of Nairne. The club fields nine sides in the competition, they are three Junior Primary sides, a Senior Primary side, Junior Colts, Senior Colts, C grade, reserves and a League side.

The club is fastly becoming home to one of the finest sporting complexes in the Hills area. Facilities include Cricket nets, five Tennis courts, a gym and an exceptional oval with good drainage and outstanding spectator appeal. The clubrooms have ample room for the entertaining nights that occur throughout the year. Support staff and a hard working committee round out what has to be one of the most enjoyable clubs to play for in the Hills area, a fact that is supported by the number of recruits who remain at Nairne for their entire careers.

Please peruse our web site, and if you find you would like to become a part of the fabulous environment that is the Nairne Bremer United Football Club, feel free to contact us.

milestones

200 games

Shane Strout, Reserves Vice Captain is set to play his 200th game this week. It has taken its time coming for 'Strouty' but he finally looks set to reach a brilliant milestone.

I can attest to him being a reliable and dour defender having played alongside him in the League side for many years. I have to add that i always tried to receive a handball from him and remained out of kicking range at every opportunity.

Seriously, well done Shane and best of luck on the day.
